▎ 摘 要
In this work, graphene oxide (GO) monolayers were immobilized on a hydrogen terminated silicon (H-Si) substrate by applying 4-vinylaniline (VAn) molecules as the intermediate linkers. Surface property measurements confirmed the formation of VAn layers on the substrate and the packing density of molecules increased with the reaction time. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) images showed that GO sheets were deposited on the modified surface with coverage of more than 90%.
