▎ 摘 要
Here, we successfully synthesize polyaniline (PANI)-modified laser-scribed graphene (LSG) composite electrodes for high-performance microsupercapacitors (MSCs). The three-dimensional (3D) porous LSG is directly patterned on a transparent polyethersulfone (PES) film via one-step laser irradiation. PANI is then electrodeposited on the LSG conductive skeletons to obtain LSG/PANI hybrid electrodes. As expected, the fabricated LSG/PANI-40 based MSC offers an outstanding areal capacitance of 129.51 mF cm(-2), which is far larger than that of pure LSG-based MSC (0.58 mF cm(-2)). Therefore, this study demonstrates the significant application potential of LSG/PANI composite electrodes in high-performance energy storage devices.
