▎ 摘  要

In this work, we have studied the entropy and specific heat of graphene as a function of temperature in the presence of an external magnetic field. In this regard, we have considered two regions of temperature such as low and high temperatures. Here, we have used a noncommutative phase-space to obtain electronic properties of graphene. The entropy is decreased with increasing the magnetic field for all temperatures. At high temperatures, the entropy approaches constant value (saturation value) for all used magnetic fields. The specific heat is reduced with increasing magnetic field at low temperatures and it shows a peak structure. As the magnetic field is increased, the peak shifts to higher temperatures and becomes broader in width. At high temperatures, the specific heat increases with enhancing magnetic field.
