▎ 摘 要
The gas selectivity is a gargantuan barrier for gas sensors. In this letter, we proposed a novel sensing material to distinguish NO from CO. The artificial defects of graphene are introduced by laser patterning, and then N groups are doped in the patterned graphene. The patterned and N-doped graphene shows excellent NO gas selectivity. The sensing selectivity ratio of NO to CO is up to 254 %. The as-produced graphene-based gas sensor has an ultrahigh gauge factor of 9.4 x 10(4) with response time of 230 s. This work provides a facile approach and new perspective to improve the selectivity of gas sensor.
