▎ 摘 要
In this work we have prepared graphene loaded-ZnS/Bi2S3 nanoplates. Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy observations confirm that two dimensional (2D) ZnS/Bi2S3 nanoplates are tightly anchored on the graphene. The experimental results show that these nanocomposites demonstrate visible-light photocatalytic activities for methyl orange dye degradation. The high visible photocatalytic performances can be attributed to photo-induced electrons-holes separations in the ZnS/Bi2S3 nanoplates and the rapid capture of those electrons by graphene. This work provides a new method for synthesis of these highly efficient visible-light-driven photocatalysts.
