▎ 摘  要

Cobalt/nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide was synthesized by pyrolysis of a mixture of cobalt phthalocyanine with graphene oxide at 500 degrees C under inert atmosphere. The obtained material was a reduced graphene oxide which had active Co-N-centers and contained cobalt phthalocyanine residues intercalated into reduced graphene lattice. This material demonstrated electrochemical activity towards oxygen reduction in an alkaline electrolyte, even though, it remained much below that demonstrated by a standard Pt/Carbon electrocatalyst. However, when the same material was used to make a cathode electrode applicable to a photocatalytic fuel cell, it offered a very satisfactory performance so that it may be successfully employed in the construction of Pt-free devices.
