▎ 摘  要

The effective surface plasmon resonance (SPR) plays an important role in high performance optoelectronic devices owing to the enhanced light absorption. The two emerging materials graphene and Ag nanoparticles (AgNPs) can construct the potential plasmonic structure. In the work, we analyze the surface plasmon resonance effect of the graphene hybrid films including single-layer graphene (SLG)/Ag nanoparticles and reduce graphene oxide (rGO)/AgNPs by the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method over a broad wavelength range. To optimize the absorption of graphene composites, different size of AgNPs are placed on top of graphene, therefore, the wavelength of SPR can be modified. These results provide useful predictions for electrical and optical characteristics of graphene hybrid films and monitor the wavelength of SPR which may be beneficial for high-efficiency optoelectronic devices.
