▎ 摘 要
This letter presents a novel generic platform to design controllable and tunable plasmonic and optoelectronic devices based on graphene metasurfaces. In particular, graphene plasmonics are combined with two-dimensional graphene metasurfaces to control, steer, and manipulate surface plasmon polaritons on graphene nanoribbons. In order to demonstrate the applicability and versatility of the proposed metastructure, a tunable plasmonic switch and a beam splitter are devised based on the proposed structure that operate at terahertz frequencies. Power transmission near 95% for the designed switch and around 48% for each port of the power divider has been achieved. Various potential planar devices, such as filters and couplers, are expected to derive from the proposed structure.
