▎ 摘  要

In the present study, Graphene oxide/Hydroxyapatite (GO/HAp) nanocomposites were synthesized using a simple hydrothermal method. The synthesis approach involves the use of ammonia, thiourea and urea as precipitating agents to obtain three nanocomposites, GO/HApA, GO/HApT and GO/HApU, which display HAp nanoparticles with distinct morphologies. The structure and composition of the resultant nanocomposites were investigated by x-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Raman spectroscopy, Ultraviolet-Visible spectroscopy and Transmition Electron Microscopy (TEM). The MTT assay was performed to test the eventual cytotoxicity of the composites towards the NIH-3T3 fibroblast-derived cell line. Important changes in biocompatibility were found in nanocomposites with different HAp ultrastructures, leading to the description of a ribbon like HAp nanocrystal-displaying GO as a new biomaterial with interesting biocompatibility features.
