▎ 摘 要
Silicon photovoltaics may benefit from the use of graphene by exploiting it both as a semitransparent electrode and an antireflection coating. It is well-known that various physical properties of interfaces are largely controlled by the interface crystallography. Highly coherent orientations of graphene on non-reconstructed Si (100) and Si (111) substrates are identified. The highly coherent junctions are likely to have distinguished physical properties that would give additional possibilities to optimize related devices in photovoltaic and other applications.
