▎ 摘  要

A polypyrrole-reduced graphene oxide-glucose oxidase (PPy-rGO-GOx) nanobiocomposite is one-step electrochemically deposited on a glassy carbon electrode. Homogeneity of the resulting nanobiocomposite film is investigated by atomic force microscopy. It shows that the GOx is immobilized in the PPy-rGO nanocomposite film. Optimum conditions of the glucose biosensors based on PPy-rGO-GOx are investigated through varying several important parameters such as film thickness, rGO content, applied potential, and GOx concentration. The optimized glucose biosensor displays a wide linear range from 0.5 to 30 mM, a sensitivity of 332.8 nA mM(-1) cm(-2), and a response time of less than 8 s. The performance of the prepared glucose biosensor is evaluated with respect to two possible interferences. The applicability of the proposed glucose biosensor based on PPy-rGO-GOx is tested for the determination of glucose in synthetic serum. (c) 2014 The Electrochemical Society. All rights reserved.
