▎ 摘 要
The anti-Stokes white light emission was observed from graphene nanoparticles (GNP) deposited onto quartz substrates or infiltrated into opal based photonic crystal (PC) under the excitation by focused infrared laser diode with lambda - 975 nm. It was found that the emission intensity from the PC-GNP structure increases exponentially with increasing the laser power density, and is significantly more efficient compared to that from GNP on the quartz substrate. The conversion efficiency of infrared to visible light with maximum near 650 nm was estimated. The mechanism of the observed effect in PC-GNP is discussed.
