▎ 摘  要

The superparamagnetic graphene oxide nanosheets-Fe3O4 nanoparticles (GO-Fe3O4) hybrid has been successfully prepared via an easy and scalable chemical precipitation method. The structure of GO-Fe3O4 hybrid was investigated by transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The inductive heat property of GO-Fe3O4 hybrid in an alternating current (AC) magnetic field was investigated. The potential of GO-Fe3O4 hybrid was evaluated for localized hyperthermia treatment of cancers. The GO-Fe3O4 hybrid exhibits a superparamagnetic behavior, its specific saturation magnetization, Ms is 47.56 emu g(-1). After exposed in the AC magnetic field for 500 s, the temperature of physiological saline suspension containing GO-Fe3O4 hybrid was 92.8 degrees C. The GO-Fe3O4 hybrid will be useful as good thermo-seeds for localized hyperthermia treatment of cancers. (C) 2011 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
