▎ 摘 要
Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-reduced graphene oxide/Cu-based metal-organic framework (PrGO/HKUST-1) was electrochemically synthesized via a chronoamperometry. Structural identification, functional groups characterization, morphology and charge transfer properties of the PrGO/HKUST-1 were studied using X-Ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR), field emission scanning microscopy (FESEM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The PrGO/HKUST-1 exhibited a high coloration efficiency of 176.8 cm(2) C-1 at 500 nm with high optical contrast. An electrochromic coloration and bleaching times of 1.3 and 1.4 s were recorded at 500 nm which proved an excellent switching kinetics of PrGO/HKUST-1 compared to PEDOT (t(c) = 50.6 s, t(b) = 49.3 s), PrGO (t(c) = 4.6 s, t(b) = 5.5 s) and HKUST 1 (t(c) = 23.0 s, t(b) = 31.9 s). The charge retention of 83.4% over 900 cycles proved efficient Li+ ions diffusion into the PrGO/HKUST-1 throughout the coloration/bleaching process. Thus, the combination of PEDOT, rGO and HKUST-1 as a PrGO/HKUST-1 is a promising electrochromic display due to its excellent electrochromic performance.
