▎ 摘 要
Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is currently the most difficult breast cancer to treat, especially for addressing the toxic side effects of chemotherapy. To surmount this challenge, a well-designed drug delivery system based on functionalized graphene oxide (GO) and docetaxel (DTX) was proposed in this investigation. In detail, GO with a photothermal therapy effect was first modified by polyethyleneimine (PEI) to enhance stability, and DTX was loaded on the surface of GO through the 7C-7C stacking effect. In addition, anti-miRNA21 was also combined with PEI-modified GO by strong electrostatic interactions between PEI and negatively charged antimiRNA21. Finally, a multifunctional antitumor system with drug-gene and photothermal therapy was constructed. The results from the study revealed that the constructed multifunctional system showed an excellent inhibitory effect on TNBC cells. We expect that the accomplishment of this research could provide beneficial information for designing a promising combination therapy for the treatment of TNBC.
