▎ 摘  要

The Monte Carlo simulation has been applied to study the magnetic behaviors of a bilayer graphene nanoisland structure on a triangular lattice by modeling the ferrimagnetic Ising system with spin-5/2 and spin-2. The temperature dependence of magnetization, susceptibility and internal energy curves of the system and two sublattices with the influence of the anisotropy, the exchange coupling, the external magnetic field and the size index have been discussed in detail. The diagrams of the blocking temperature under the effects of different parameters have been obtained. The results show the anisotropy plays a significant role in controlling the magnetic properties of the bilayer graphene nanoisland structure.
