▎ 摘 要
The design of antireflection coating (ARC) comprising artificial graphene for solar cells is challenging due to the new promising physical and chemical properties. Theoretical and numerical discussion of a multilayered structure solar cell model containing graphene have been presented. Transverse Electric (TE) of incident light with both normal and oblique illuminations on the proposed structure is considered. The expressions of optical fields in each region are determined by using the amplitudes of the forward and backward traveling waves. In the numerical results, the mentioned field and the excitons generation rate are computed and illustrated versus the angle of incidence, the layer thickness and the structure parameters when grapheme thickness changes.
