▎ 摘  要

Inspired by the synthesis of nanometer-scale graphene quantum dots via a doping process in boron nitride (BN) sheets (Adv. Mater. 2019, 1805778), we investigated the magnetic and thermal spin transport properties of armchair BN nanoribbons containing nanoscale graphene domains. It was found that both M-QB and M-QN structures were bipolar magnetic semiconductors (BMSs). Two spin caloritronics devices were designed on the basis of the 15-6B and 15-6N nanoribbons. Spin-dependent Seebeck effects, spin-dependent Seebeck diode effects and thermoelectric diode effects were observed in these devices. This work provides theoretical guidance for the design of new spin caloritronics devices.
