▎ 摘 要
In this study, polyoxymethylene/graphene nanocomposites were fabricated by the spray layer-by-layer method. Mechanical properties such as ultimate tensile strength, Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio were measured. The addition of 2.4wt.% graphene increased the ultimate tensile strength by 64% and the Young's modulus by 103%. The tensile data are compared with those predicted according to the Halpin-Tsai equation. Dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer results showed an increase in storage modulus with increasing graphene weight percentage. Morphologies of the fracture surface of polyoxymethylene/graphene nanocomposite were observed by scanning electron microscopy.
