▎ 摘 要
SnO2-In2O3/graphene nanocomposites with stacking structures are synthesized via a facile route. In2O3 nanorods were uniformly coated on the surface of graphene nanosheets. And then SnO2 nanobranches were uniformly coated on the whole surface of In2O3 nanorods. As the anodes of lithium-ion battery, the SnO2In2O3/graphene nanocomposites exhibit high capacity, high rate capability and good cyclability. At 0.1 C rate (10 hours per half cycle), the reversible capacity of the nanocomposites can maintain at 1283 mAh g(-1) after 30 cycles, much higher than that of In2O3/graphene nanocomposites. Such high lithium storage performance can be attributed to the enhanced conductivity, structure stability and large interface area of the nanocomposites. The present results indicate that SnO2-In2O3/graphene nanocomposites have potential applications in lithium-ion battery.
