▎ 摘 要
MOF/RGO hybrids have been designed and successfully synthesized by two-steps including an in situ growth of Co-based MOF on GO nano-sheets and a controlled calcination process. The micro-morphology of these hybrids was characterized scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The calcination process was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) instrument, Raman Microscope, and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The electromagnetic parameters and electromagnetic properties were measured via a vector network analyzer. The results show that the absorption bandwidth with reflection loss less than -10 dB was up to 7.72 GHz only with a filler loading of 6 wt% and covers the whole X-band (8-12 GHz) microwaves. A probable mechanism referring enhanced effect of MOF/RGO interface and improved match between dielectric loss and magnetic loss was proposed to explain the high-performance electromagnetic dissipation.
