▎ 摘 要
Different degrees of potassium permanganate (KMNO4) was used in the synthesis of graphene oxide (GO). In characterization analysis, the appearance of IR band attributes to O-H, C=C, C-OH and, C-O-C can be observed at around 3500 cm(-1), 1650 cm(-1), 1400 cm(-1) and, 1200 cm(-1) respectively. The UV-Vis spectroscopy revealed, GO with more KMnO4 shows increment in absorption and wavenumber due to more concentration of GO and stacked layers of GO. Nevertheless, a high level of KMnO4 results in a low density of GO. Analysis from Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer (SPA) revealed, a low oxygenated functional group from low-level KMnO4 produces less band gap open and thus, yielding high conductivity.
