▎ 摘 要
The thermoelectric properties of graphene are theoretically examined by using an experimentally derived conduction model and the Mott relation. The results indicate that reducing carrier scattering suppresses the thermoelectric power and enhances the thermoelectric figure of merit. These characteristics give hints as to how the graphene could be used as a material for thermoelectric conversion. (C) 2010 The Japan Society of Applied Physics
