▎ 摘 要
In this work, the optical features of the monolayer graphene surrounded by two high and low T-c superconductors or in other words a superconductor-graphene-superconductor (SGS) junction is analyzed in the visible region as a function of photon energy, chemical potential, temperature, and incident angle. Regarding that, a theoretical formalism was presented to consider the effect of optical conductivity of graphene layer on the interface of two superconductor media. The results show different behaviors for the introduced SGS junction in the visible region for both s and p polarizations. The calculated results may help the development of graphene- and superconductor-based optical devices.
