▎ 摘 要
Ruthenium nanoparticles on nitrogen and sulfur-doped three-dimensional graphene (Ru@NSG) nanohybrid were prepared via a one-pot hydrothermal method with graphene oxide (GO) and RuCl(3)as the raw materials and thiourea as a reducing-doping agent for the first time. The catalytic activity of nanohybrid was evaluated by the reduction of nitroarenes to the corresponding anilines. The effect of the weight ratio of Ru/GO was evaluated on catalytic activity. Moreover, in order to prove the role of the heteroatom substitution in graphene lattice, the Ru@NG and Ru@G hybrids were synthesized, and it was shown that the reaction yields would decrease in the presence of Ru@NG and Ru@G hybrids.
