▎ 摘  要

The aim of present work is fabrication of modified electrode with a large surface area and high electrical conductivity for sensitive electrochemical determination of riluzole since it was determined only with the bare electrodes. For this purpose, the surface of glassy carbon was modified by simultaneous electrodepositing of Solochrome Black and reduction of graphene oxide. The interference aspect and morphology of coated film at electrode was characterized using FT-IR and FE-SEM. Choice of graphene as an undercoat enhances both conductivity and effectual surface area of the modified electrode. The modified electrode produce incredible signal for oxidation of riluzole compared with reduced graphene/glassy carbon electrode. After optimization of condition, the linear relationship between the concentration of the riluzole and its oxidation signal was found in the range of 0.1-60 mu M with the detection limit of 0.04 mu M. Finally, riluzole was determined with reasonable results in serum samples using the suggested method. (c) 2017 The Electrochemical Society. All rights reserved.
