Dielectric properties of a linear polymer dielectric polypropylene and a ferroelectric copolymer vinylidene fluoride - tetrafluoroethylene VDF/TFE 94/6 using a graphene-based carbon material as electrodes were measured in wide frequency and temperature range. An additional dispersion region in the frequency dependencies of dielectric properties is observed above 10(5) Hz as compared to the same materials with evaporated Ag electrodes. It is suggested that this additional dispersion appears because of the reduced conductivity of an organic electrode. It is concluded that ferroelectric VDF/TFE copolymer with graphene electrodes can be used in low-frequency energy converters.
