▎ 摘 要
Herein, we report a simple approach for increasing the photothermal conversion efficiency of Gold Rods (GRs) as a result of interaction between gold rod and graphene oxide. For preparation of these hybrid materials, gold rods were synthesized and modified using functionalized polyethylene glycol-triazine (PEG-T). Then functionalized gold rods (GR-P) were attached to Graphene Oxide (GO) sheets by pi-pi stacking. It was found that GR-P coating can improve the stability of CO in aqueous solutions. Moreover cellular experiments showed that CR-P coating on GO induce remarkably reduced cell toxicity. Gold rod-graphene oxide (GR-P-GO) hybrid materials hold great promise for application in various biomedical fields such as photothermal cancer therapy. (C) 2014 Sharif University of Technology.
