▎ 摘 要
The heart of any electrolyte-gated field-effect transistor is the interface between electrolyte and solid gate material. It is assumed that in case of graphene such interface is ideally polarized, i.e. purely capacitive. Experimental artifacts resulting from such erroneous assumption are explained and their simple verification is suggested. On the other hand, in ion-sensitive field-effect transistors the interface is non-polarized allowing measurement of activity of the principal ion. (C) 2012 The Electrochemical Society.
