▎ 摘 要
Bare CdSe, neodymium (Nd)-doped CdSe, and a graphene-oxide (GO)/CdSe nanohybrid were prepared via hydrothermal strategy. These materials were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, Raman, XPS, and the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) method. Compared to the pure CdSe, the slight shift of diffraction peaks to lower angles in all samples indicated the presence of either Ne ions or GO. The GO/CdSe nanorods had much higher specific capacitance than the Nd-doped CdSe and bare CdSe. Among different contents of Nd, 0.015 Nd doped CdSe showed the highest specific capacitance. The phase stability during cycling and charge-transfer were greatly improved by formation of GO-based composite. (C) 2017 The Korean Society of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry.
