▎ 摘 要
Surface plasmon resonance sensor based on "ZBLAN fluoride glass-Ag-graphene" plasmonic structure is proposed in the near-IR region. The influence of graphene chemical potential (mu) in combination with the number of layers (L) of graphene on the sensor's performance has been analyzed in detail. The analysis suggests that for graphene monolayer (L = 1), the maximum and almost constant sensing performance may be achieved for 0.7 < mu < 1 eV.
