▎ 摘 要
BiSbTe3/nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide (N-rGO) nanocomposite was synthesized via one-pot. As a new anode material for Li-ion storage, BiSbTe3/N-rGO electrode shows enhanced cyclability with a capacity of 388.7 mAh g(-1) after 80 cycles at 100 mA g(-1), which is significantly higher than that of BiSbTe3 (133.7 mAh g(-1)). The prominent electrochemical performance is owing to the nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide, which can not only enhance the electrical conductivity of BiSbTe3 nanocomposite, but also stem its agglomeration. Electrochemical kinetic analysis of BiSbTe3/N-rGO indicates that most of the capacity stems from the capacitive contribution, which can improve the rate performance of BiSbTe3/N-rGO electrode. This work forecasts that BiSbTe3/N-rGO has a promising application for LIBs. (c) 2020 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
