▎ 摘 要
The relationship between the structure of polyimide (PI) and the reinforcement effect of added graphene oxide (GO) remains relatively unexplored, despite extensive studies on composite materials prepared from PI and GO. This study demonstrated that the addition of aliphatic groups increased the reinforcement effect of GO on PI. The PI/GO composite films were prepared by blending and thermal curing. Subsequently, the performance of the two films with similar structures, which were used in the study, was compared. The thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) results revealed the excellent heat resistance of the new PI/GO composite at a temperature as high as 498 degrees C. The results of the dielectric test confirmed that there was no significant change in the dielectric constant after ternary-copolymerization-induced modification. The tensile strength of the composite increased by similar to 24% and reached 133 MPa. The morphological observation of the fracture surfaces by scanning electron microscopy confirmed that the reinforcement effect of GO was optimized by the addition of the aliphatic groups. Therefore, aliphatic PI was effectively reinforced by GO. The results of this study will facilitate the utilization of GO for the preparation of high-performance composites for diverse industrial applications. [GRAPHICS]
