▎ 摘  要

In this manuscript, a nanospherical conjugated microporous polymer (CMP) was synthesized. This material together with graphene nanosheets (GS) was used as electrodemodification materials to construct amolecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor for high sensitivity detection of alpha-Synuclein (alpha-Syn). The MIP sensor was synthesized by electropolymerization pyrrole and characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). CMP-GS nanocomposites greatly improved the electron transport rate, signal intensity and electroactive surface of the glassy carbon electrode, thereby improving the sensitivity of theMIP sensor. It is worth noting that, under optimized conditions, the sensor had a wide linear range from 1 x 10(-4) to 8 ng mL-1, and the detection limit is as low as 3.5 x 10(-5) ng mL(-1) at S/N = 3 compared to existing methods. The sensor also showed high sensitivity, low interference, and good stability and could be used as a promisingmethod for the detection of alpha-Syn in the blood of patients with Parkinson's disease. This work also provides a new idea for the application of CMPs in the MIP electrochemical sensors.
