▎ 摘 要
We describe the development of a sensitive electrochemical luteolin sensor based on poly (diallyldimethylammoniumchloride) (PDDA) functionalized reduced graphene oxide (PDDA-RGO). The PDDA-RGO sheets were characterized by SEM, XRD, Raman spectroscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy and FTIR. The results indicate the PDDA-RGO sheets exhibit excellent dispersity and conductivity. Electrochemical studies showed that the PDDA-RGO modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) could greatly enhance the electrocatalytic activity towards the redox of luteolin. A series of experimental conditions including the pH, accumulation potential and time were optimized. The proposed sensor exhibited a wide detection range (0.001 to 10 mu M) with a detection limit of 0.001 mu M (S/N = 3). Moreover, the proposed electrochemical sensor has also been successfully applied to determination of luteolin in thyme sample.
