▎ 摘  要

The efficient separation and transport of photogenerated charge carriers via the interface is crucial for the desired performance of the composite photocatalysts. Here we report a facile one-pot solvothermal approach to prepare reduced graphene oxide (rGO)-BaTiO3 (BTO) nanocomposites, where single- crystal and single- domain BTO nanoparticles were uniformly loaded on the rGO sheets. Such composites demonstrated a dramatic degradation performance of various organic dye pollutants under visible light irradiation. By systematically investigating the ferroelectric polarization, light absorption, charge separation and transport properties of BTO nanoparticles and rGO-BTO nanocomposites, the high photocatalytic efficiency could be ascribed to the synergic effect of ferroelectric polarization effect in BTO nanoparticles and superior electron transport of rGO on improving separation and transport of the photogenerated charge carriers. This work suggests that implementation of ferroelectric polarization effect in the composites would offer great opportunities to design and prepare high-efficient rGO-ferroelectrics photocatalysts for environment remediation.
