▎ 摘　　要

We have first observed C-60 nuclei formation induced by electron-beam-irradiation during van der Waals epitaxy of solid C-60 layers on a graphene sheets. The experimental results strongly indicate that the positional control of the C-60 nuclei on the graphene sheet is expected to fabricate new nano-structure by the C-60 clusters on the graphene sheet and it will lead us to new principle devices such as the solid Q-bit clusters of N@C-60.
