▎ 摘  要

A three-dimensional reduced graphene oxide growing with copper sulfide (CuS) nanoplates was synthesized via a hydrothermal method. Structural and morphological investigations demonstrate CuS nanoplates are distributed on the surface of rGO. The as-prepared CuS@rGO nanocompsite as anode material displays a high specific capacity, a good rate capability, as well as an outstanding cycling stability, and delivers a reversible capacity of 1087.1 mAh g(-1) at 100 mA g(-1) over 200 cycles, 426.8 mAh g(-1) at 2 A g(-1) even over 450 cycles. The high performance is ascribed to the rGO, because it can provides a large surface area, improves electrical conductivity and effectively accommodates severe volume-variation during the charge/discharge process.
