▎ 摘　　要

A small-sized graphene oxide supramolecular assembly was obtained by the inclusion complexation of hyaluronated adamantane with beta-cyclodextrin and the pi-stacking of graphene oxide with camptothecin, exhibiting an excellent stability in the serum environment and a higher inhibition effect toward malignant cells than a free drug.
