▎ 摘 要
Reduced graphene oxide (RGO)/Mn3O4 nanocomposites are prepared by a one-step hydrothermal approach and the performance of electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding was studied. Based on an enhanced electrical conductivity through micro-current network induced by unique 2D nanostructures of RGO, the electron hopping between Mn2+ and Mn3+ is discussed. Benefiting from the enhanced effect of Debye dipolar relaxation and Maxwell-Wagner-Sillars (MWS) polarization on dielectric properties, electromagnetic wave propagating and microwave attenuation performance, the maximum EMI shielding effectiveness of 29 dB is achieved.
