▎ 摘 要
Graphene modified dendritic CuNi crystals with CuNi preliminary layer were successfully prepared by using a plating method. It exhibits excellent glucose sensing property with sensitivity of 2353 mu A.mM(-1)cm(-2) within a linear range of 0.5 mu M-1.03 mM with a detection limit of 0.75 mu M. The sensitivity can be further increased to 2914 mu A.mM(-1)cm(-2) within a linear range of 0.5 mu M-1.53 mM by using a graphite anode. The electrode shows the low adsorption resistance and diffusion resistance besides that of the lower electron transfer resistance. The synergistic effect between the bimetallic CuNi, Cu, Ni, CuO, Cu2O, Ni(OH)(2) with high activity and graphene induced the high sensitivity of the electrode as-prepared.
