▎ 摘  要

Graphene nanobelts (GNBs) were produced through intercalation and exfoliation of stacked graphene platelet nanochips. The results of transmission electron microscopy and powder X-ray diffraction characterizations indicate that individual GNBs were produced. The GNBs were then used as additives in polymer solar cells. Compared with a reference solar cell, the photocurrent of the GNB-doped solar cell was increased as much as 60% at only 1 wt% loading due to the improved carrier mobility, indicating that GNB is a promising nanoadditive in optoelectronic device.
