▎ 摘  要

An electrochemical sensor was prepared using a unique composite of functionalized multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTsf), nitrogen doped graphene (NGr) and chitosan (CTS) with electrodeposited copper (Cu) modified onto glassy carbon electrode (GCE) for the analytical detection of an anticancer drug, nilutamide (NLM). Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) were performed to investigate the electrochemical performance of the fabricated sensor. The electrochemical response of the modified electrode was remarkably improved with enhanced electrical conductivity due to the synergistic effect of the nanocomposite. Under optimized conditions, two dynamic linear ranges from 0.005 to 20 mu M and 20-900 mu M with high sensitivity, stability, selectivity and a low limit of detection of 1.6 nM were obtained. Chronoamperometry was used to investigate the effect of some common interfering molecules and nitro compounds on the NLM current response. The fabricated electrode was used for the analytical detection of NLM in biological environment and pharmaceutical commercial preparations with satisfactory results.
