▎ 摘 要
In the present study, inspired by the natural phenomenon of insects stuck by spider web, nano TiN particles were grafted onto graphene oxide (GO) with the help of polydopamine (PDA) by the reaction between amine in PDA and carboxyl in GO. The results of FTIR and XPS confirm that nano TiN particles are grafted onto GO successfully, which solves the dispersion problem of micro-content nano TiN particles in the fabrication of composite coatings by pulse electroplating. The introduction of nano TiN particles results in the grain refinement of the coating. Due to the synergistic effect of grain refinement and nano TiN particles, the hardness and wear resistance of the coating are enhanced successfully.
