▎ 摘 要
In this work, we synthesized an electrochemically active poly-aniline graphene nano-composite (PAGP) film on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) for the detection of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug Diclofenac (DCF) in blood serum and commercially available pharmaceutical formulated tablets. The electrocatalytic response of DCF at the PAGP/GCE film was obtained using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) techniques. Electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS) results reveal that the PAGP modified GCE exhibits good conductivity and faster electron transfer rate than other electrodes as supported by its smaller R-et value. The fabricated PAGP modified GCE exhibits excellent LSV response towards DCF oxidation. The oxidation peak current increased linearly with DCF concentrations, ranging from 25 mu M to 150 mu M with a sensitivity of 0.658 mu A mu M-1 cm(-2). The practicality of the sensor for the detection of DCF has been validated through the detection of DCF in human blood serum, with good recovery. The proposed sensor exhibits good selectivity, repeatability and sensitivity with good reproducibility.
