▎ 摘 要
This paper presents the preparation of a new epoxy nanocomposite of functionalized graphene oxide (FGO) and iron pentacarbonyl [Fe(CO)(5)] (IPC) as electromagnetic (EM) absorber. In this EM absorption (EMA) compound, FGO has been used to increase the electrical absorption, while by adding IPC, its magnetic absorption capacity has been improved. Graphene oxide (GO) was functionalized in three steps with imidazole (C3H4N2) and 3-bromo-1-phenyl-1-propene (3-phenylallyl bromide). The resultant FGO was of an ionic liquid structure, and it was determined using Raman spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and field emission scanning electron microscopy. FGO-IPC/epoxy resin nanocomposite (FIERC) was produced using 10-40 wt.% with variable thickness as an EM absorber material. The FIERC with 30 wt.% and 2 mm thickness showed great EMA in the X-band frequency (8-12 GHz), and the minimum reflection loss (R-L) is displayed in 9-10 GHz (- 80 dB).
