▎ 摘 要
Different SnO2 nanograsses have been successfully synthesized on graphene oxide sheets (GOs) by a hydrothermal method. The morphologies and compositions of as-synthesized SnO2 nanograsses on GOs (SNGs) were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). By adjusting the volume ratios of ethanol in the ethanol-water solvent (r), the morphologies of SNGs were highly manipulated. The field emission (FE) properties of SNGs were measured and found to be strongly influenced by the morphologies of SnO2. The needle-like SNGs have efficient FE properties with a low turn-on electric field of 5.23 V mu m(-1) and a high field enhancement factor of 2388 among all the samples. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V.
