▎ 摘 要
In this work, graphene nanoplates/copper (GNPs/Cu) composites with a multi-layer structure were prepared through electrostatic self-assembly and electroless copper plating, enabling the uniform dispersion of GNPs in Cu matrix and thus improve the interfacial wettability of GNPs in Cu matrix. GNPs were arranged parallelly in the prepared Cu matrix composites, and GNPs in the same horizontal surface interweaved to form GNPs protective layers, which inhibited the splash and evaporation of molten Cu in the arc erosion tests. The arc erosion resistance of the composites enhanced with the increase of GNPs content. Meanwhile, the wettability and interface bonding strength of GNPs and Cu matrix has been improved, and GNPs were not easily separated from Cu matrix in the wear tests under electric current. The GNPs protective layers improved the wear resistance of the composites under electric current and inhibited the formation of erosion pits. (C) 2020 Published by Elsevier B.V.
