▎ 摘 要
ZnO hollow nanospheres uniformly grown on graphene were successfully synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal approach, during which ZnO hollow nanospheres (ca. 25 nm) were in-situ formed without template. The as-synthesized composites possessed improved visible light absorbance, the band gap of which is 2.61 eV, and increased charge carries separation efficiency due to its unique nano-architecture and the intimate interfacial contact between ZnO hollow nanospheres and graphene. As a result, the as-synthesized composites exhibited enhanced visible light photocatalytic performance in comparison with pure ZnO, as demonstrated by the much higher methylene blue degradation efficiency and the faster reaction rate constants under visible light irradiation.
