▎ 摘  要

This article shows the voltammetric sensing of idarubicin (ID) using an electrochemical sensor modified by a composite (PC-rGO/MOF-199) consisted of perlite/cobalt oxide/reduced graphene oxide (perlite@CoO@rGO (PC-rGO)) nanocomposite and metal-organic framework MOF-199 (Cu). For the fabrication of the desired sensor (PC-rGO/MOF-199/CPE), the synthesized PC-rGO and MOF-199 were applied as modifier in the body of the carbon paste electrode (CPE). The most important factors that can be effective on the performance of the sensor were surveyed. Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) was applied for recording the calibration curve. The sensor has a linear response over the 5-1000 nM ID concentration range and a 1.5 nM limit of detection (at an S/N ratio of 3). In addition, this sensor is a beneficial sensor for the determination of ID in the real samples.
